Dear community,
We’d like to share a small but important update about the structure of our OpenCollective presence.
Given recent political developments around the world—and the risks they may pose to digital infrastructure and international financial platforms—we felt it would be wiser and more resilient to maintain two separate LibrePlan collectives.
This change also reflects the growing interest in digital autonomy across Europe, especially when it comes to open-source project-management tools like LibrePlan. Many organizations prefer to support initiatives that are hosted within their own legal and political environment, and we want to make this as easy as possible.
Here is what has changed:
- Our original US-based collective has been renamed to https://www.opencollective.com/libreplan-us
- A new Europe-based collective is now available at https://www.opencollective.com/libreplan (also accessible via https://www.oceurope.org/libreplan)
Both collectives support the same open-source project and share the same mission. The intention is simply to offer a stable and secure way for contributors—wherever they are—to support LibrePlan in the environment that suits them best.
Thank you as always for your continued support, contributions, and trust.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.
Warm regards,
The LibrePlan Team
